HealthBridge Home Care was born out of a deep understanding of patient needs and a commitment to making home-based recovery easier and more reliable. Growing up in a family where our father served as a dedicated doctor, we witnessed firsthand the challenges patients and their families faced after hospital discharge.
Many families struggled to find affordable, high-quality homecare services—from equipment to nursing personnel. The process was often confusing, and the fear of unreliable service added to their stress.
Seeing this gap in the healthcare system, we knew we had to step in. With years of experience in medical networks and a passion for patient care, we launched HealthBridge Home Care in 2019 to provide trusted, doctor-recommended homecare solutions. Even after a brief pause due to COVID, our mission remains the same—ensuring that every patient has access to the right equipment, at the right time, with the right support.
